Another Beazley Victim

First Bob Mosley… Now Mark Entner… Steve Beazley is on the warpath… who will be next?

Here is the letter of resignation from Mr. Entner describing the unethical and potentially illegal behavior by Beazley in an effort to terminate Mosley. After Mosley was gone, he turned his focus on Mosley’s supervisor, Mark Entner, who had refused to take part in Beazley’s persecution of Mosley. For his non compliance, Entner was demoted, harassed and eventually forced to resign.

For a 20-year employee like Entner to resign in the midst of the worst economic recession in the last 50 years, the attacks and harassment against him must have been unbearable. We can only hope that the District Attorney, Attorney General and/or Department of Justice see this letter and move to stop Beazley before he strikes again.

Mr. Entner, like his dim-witted pals, have thus far been unable to prove said unethical and potentially illegal behavior by Mr. Beazley or anyone else, even in this letter. Prove it or shut up.

Mr. Entner lacked leadership qualities. With one job under his belt and a penchant for nepotism, he was never destined to be a leader. He resigned on his own. There was no harassment or demotion. He just didn’t want to be accountable for having to work hard and play by rules. If anyone was/is unethical it is Mr. Entner. This is a person who has never played by any rules and broke and exploited them and people wheneverhe could. And he knows it.

Bob, Mark, et.al, you are gone. Now go find a new job and a new life. You are not needed or wanted any longer.

OMG, Bob_is_unfair, hope you read the Marke Entner resignation letter (see above). this is another (well documented) outline of the impropriety going on at this public venue. i hope you will come to the defense of your comrad and support his cause. it is sad that these public servants are being prosecuted without due process. I also hope you noticed he used perfect grammer and spelling!

I wish you well mr. Entner and thanks for having the courage to stand up to those who are on the wrong side of public service!

Wow, localcitizen, your definition of “well documented” is quite broad. One disgruntled employee makes scandalous claims and you treat it as gospel. Actually, that has a nice ring to it: The Gospel of St. Mark. Actually, that sounds like a fairy tale.

But you mention “another outline.” Where are the others? So far, we have a website full of misinformation and a resignation letter from an employee hoping for a hand-out.

      Real credible.

local..just because it is written doesn’t make it true. I would bet your bippy it is full of lies. Also, it reeks of having a lawyer write it. Where is th Fair’s defence here??They know how to use spell check because they is edumacated!

Ok, 1 employee that is upset and I can give anyone the benefit of the doubt, 2 employees and you should start looking to see if there is a trend, 3 and allot of smoke is bellowing from the organization. Well we are up to 4 that have left. 1 fired and 3 resignations. All of them are singing basically the same song. Beazley is the cause of the management issues at the venue. One of the former employees is a life long law enforcement officer and now the chief of police at Irvine Valley college. Are they all lying? Is this a massive conspiracy against Beazley? Of course not. I have seen this guy operate this way for years; but now he has the power and a purpose. Bad combination for the employees at the OC Fair Grounds. Very bad situation for the citizens of California!

    terminated employee

After 11 years of dedicated and faithful service to OC Fair and Eveny Center, I was told by Ms. Nelson “We are going in a different direction, so we have to let you go,” after which I was escorted to my car and thrown out like a piece of rubbish. It took all of 10 minutes. I have since been told this is the usual procedure. So much for Mr. Beasley’s favorite quote…We are one big happy family! WHAT A JOKE! At the time of MY termination; management, Mr.Beasley,Mr.Lofstrom,Ms.Heathman and Human Resources did nothing on my behalf. SUCH HYPOCRITES!!!
During my years of employment, Mr. Beasley frequently conducted manditory meetings. I must say, he is quite an elegant speaker. In fact, I have personally told him so on a number of occasions, however, it takes more than words to be a good leader. Anyone who is in a position of leadership has to give back. And you, Mr. Beasley, have failed miserably!
Upon reflection Ms. Nelson actually did me a favor!
