And, how is anything said by the Board being interpreted as questioning Beazley's leadership? Isn't it the Board's job to ask questions and provide direction about big decisions? In my experience a boss giving direction and asking questions doesn't equate to criticism but maybe you don't live up to your employers expectations and this is based upon your own experience.

So, the owner of the swap meet negotiates a contract that his vendors don't like giving weekends back to the Fair and Beazley is the bad guy when he wants to use those weekends?

And Beazley really wants to take over a failing business? Why?

And, there were two proposed weekends according to Pacific Progressive. Maybe he wanted the other proposed weekend because having Barret Jackson on the fourth of July might be too close to the Fair, which is his first responsibility? Are you saying he should put the swap meet's interests before the Fair's interests?

You are conspiracy nuts. Have you checked into whether Beazley is a Mason or part of the illuminati? That is where I would start, those guys want to take over everything.

Errr, isn't the Marketplace always closed for the duration of the fair? And since when is the Fair 2 months? And what is Pacific Progressive? Eh, who cares.

oh this is no surprise to me. mr beazley has badmouthed the swap meet operators for years. and he has told others that if he can't work out a good deal with the marketplace he wants to take it over.he has talked openly open that.. and i think this maneuvers to mess with the dates is an example of how he is trying to hurt the swap meet. but he got caught here because baret jackson people provided several date options and mrbeazley chose the dates that screwed with the market place the most.
